Cottage Grove is considered to be the
"Covered Bridge Capital of Oregon."
It is home to six different bridges alone!
Thissmall city is located in the southern end of Lane County. Cottage Grove is found on the I-5 corridor approximately twenty milessouth of Oregon's third largest city, Eugene, OR. CottageGrove's population continues to grow each year by 2-3% and has acurrent population of approximately 8,315.
As with most Oregon cities,
Cottage Grove receives its fair share of rain fall.
Theclimate, however, is not too harsh with a low in January reaching 34degrees F and a high in August of 77 degreesF.
